Some journeys are about more than getting from one place to another.
Yellow Cab Edmonton is proud to once again support the Terry Fox Foundation and one of Canada’s most inspiring community traditions: the annual Terry Fox Run.
On Sunday, September 20, 2026, Edmontonians will come together at Kinsmen Park to walk, run, ride and raise funds for cancer research while continuing Terry Fox’s extraordinary legacy.
Whether you’re participating, volunteering, donating or cheering someone on, we’d love to see Edmonton come together for this important cause.

Why Yellow Cab Supports the Terry Fox Foundation
Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope became one of Canada’s most enduring examples of courage, determination and community.
Decades later, people across Canada continue what Terry started by coming together every September to raise money for cancer research.
That spirit of community means a lot to us.
Yellow Cab has been part of Edmonton since 1945, and we believe being a local company means supporting the people, organizations and causes that help make our community stronger.
The Terry Fox Run is an opportunity for all of us to move toward something bigger together.
Every step makes a difference.
Register, donate, volunteer or simply come out and support the Edmonton community as we continue Terry’s Marathon of Hope.
Getting to the Edmonton Terry Fox Run
Kinsmen Park can be busy during major community events, so it’s worth thinking about how you’ll get there before run day.
Check current event information before leaving, allow additional travel time and follow any temporary parking or traffic directions in place around the park.
If you’d rather skip the parking search, Yellow Cab can help get you to and from the event.
